Enrollment Agreement
Eligibility for taking this course depends on the following:
- If you are UNDER the age of 18 and you want to take this online 8-Hour Driver's Manual course, you MUST provide us proof of having completed the classroom component of a 30-hour driver's education course BEFORE you are allowed to enroll in the program.
- Only certain documents prove that you have completed the classroom component of a 30-hour driver's education course. You must submit either a signed DEC-1 form ("Green Card") from your high school or a signed certificate from a DMV approved course provider - we have examples on the next page.
- You must email your proof of completion to our school.
- If you have questions about providing proof of completion of a driver's education course, please call our offices.
- After successfully completing the course by passing the final exam online, we will email you a course completion certificate (Form DTS 8E). The creation of your unique Form DTS 8E student completion certificate is a manual process so your certificate will be emailed to you after being fully processed usually within 2 business days from the date of your course completion.
To participate in the online course:
- You must have access to the Internet and feel comfortable using a computer.
- You must be able to motivate yourself while learning independently.
- You must be able to manage your time wisely.
IMPORTANT– By taking this online course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- I must read every page (my progress is monitored) of the text in its entirety and receive at least a score of 70% on every end-of-session review quiz in order to progress to the next session.
- I must complete every session, session quiz and the final exam without assistance from any other person.
- To pass this course, I must have completed the online portion of the course and passed the final test.
- To validate/confirm my participation and knowledge, a final exam must be taken online.
- I understand that no refunds will be issued.
